3.2 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 988pk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 988pk reserves the right to void all winnings and confiscate all funds held across duplicate accounts.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and must keep such information updated throughout the life of your Account. Providing false or misleading registration information — including your name, date of birth, address, or payment method details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 988pk does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to verify your local legal position prior to registration.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. 988pk reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts. You will be notified in advance by email before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed.
4.4 Currency. The 988pk Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its primary currency. All Account balances, transaction records, and wager amounts are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 988pk currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Accepted payment methods are subject to change and are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 988pk Account balance in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the same business day subject to normal banking hours. 988pk does not impose a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. 988pk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal Timeframes. 988pk endeavours to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days from approval. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and any additional verification requirements. 988pk shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per payment method and are displayed within your 988pk Account at the time of transaction. 988pk reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion with reasonable notice.
5.6 Dormant Balance. Funds held in your 988pk Account are held on your behalf. 988pk does not pay interest on Account balances. Balances remaining in accounts closed due to inactivity will be held in reserve for the period required by the applicable licensing authority.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All 988pk promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. 6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated balance becomes withdrawable. 6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated Free Bets that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited. It is your responsibility to check the expiry conditions applicable to each bonus credited to your Account.
6.5 Withdrawal of Deposit Before Wagering. If you choose to withdraw your deposit before completing the applicable wagering requirement on a deposit bonus, 988pk reserves the right to deduct the equivalent Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds from your balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 988pk sportsbook are subject to 988pk's published betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. 988pk reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns.
7.2 Errors and Malfunctions. "If in doubt, void" is the operative principle.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 988pk Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once set, a reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
9.3 Loss Limits. You may set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further wagers until the limit period resets.
9.4 Session Time Limits. You may set a maximum session duration after which your Account will be automatically logged out.

12.3 988pk makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.1 Suspension by 988pk. 988pk reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
13.2 Termination by 988pk. 988pk may permanently close your Account in cases of confirmed material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, 988pk reserves the right to void outstanding bets, cancel Bonus Funds, and withhold withdrawable balances pending investigation.
13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 988pk Account at any time by contacting 988pk Support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending bets will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.
14.1 988pk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

15.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 988pk holds its international gaming licence. 15.4 No Class Actions. All disputes between you and 988pk must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in any class action or collective proceeding against 988pk.
